Find the perfect setting for your occasion, from relaxed group dining to stylish party spaces and private patio. Due to high demand, we require a $100 deposit to reserve your space.

The Lounge
Whether it’s a casual or formal event, the Lounge offers a spacious yet cozy space to gather and dine. It features comfortable tartan plaid chairs, an exclusive fireplace, TVs and customizable floorplan (with optional high top seating).

The Patio
An outdoor space with all the comforts of dining in. It features a giant throw rug, white tablecloths and customizable floorplan. The Patio is weather-proofed with an awning, heaters (when it’s cold), fans (when it’s warm), and optional enclosing walls.

The High Tops
Planning a fun social event or happy hour? The High Tops are located next to our island bar and offer plenty of room for mingling amongst friends and colleagues. This space features three massive live edge tables, TVs, and energy from our lively bar.

We had a very fun and delicious rehearsal dinner at Will’s & Bill’s in Berwyn, PA. Everyone was very complimentary of the food and venue. The salmon was a definite highlight and the shrimp cocktail was meaty and large. The butternut squash and the carved beef were delicious. No one left hungry! We loved the lights on the patio and the table set up. Perfect!
The girls serving were great, especially with getting me plates and utensils for the dessert. I loved that we could bring our own dessert because my husband made my son’s favorite (tiramisu cheesecake). Zoe was a great communicator. So easy to work with and so quick to answer my Qs.
The night definitely kicked off a very fun wedding weekend. I highly recommend. Thank you so much!
We had a Rehearsal Dinner the night before my son’s wedding at Will’s + Bill’s Brewery in Berwyn, PA. I was somewhat nervous planning the event because we live out of state and none of the family had been there to try the food or even see the restaurant. I liked their eclectic menu and decided to take a chance. The dinner was for about 20 people and was outside at the end of July so I knew it would be hot. Bill, the owner, worked with me to set up the dinner. He was so nice and easy to work with and we offered a fixed menu for our guests. They have a very nice covered, outdoor area where we had dinner. The service was very good and we all thought the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend Will’s + Bill’s Brewery for dinner or for an event, and plan to eat there again when we’re back in the area.
I hosted my baby shower at Will’s + Bill’s in Berwyn, PA. The food was flavorful and perfect buffet style for 30 people. We were allowed to decorate prior and it was perfect. Your server and bartender were attentive and made the experience wonderful. The space with the fireplace was beautiful!
Will’s and Bill’s offer a great environment for a post work social. The staff is very knowledgeable, responsive, and welcoming. They are a OQ4 venue.

Holisticare Hospice had our Holiday party on the Patio at Will’s and Bill’s. Wonderful atmosphere with attentive servers. The food was fresh and delicious. I would recommend this venue for a party/event.
We had a work event in the living room. First of all, the space is so perfect for a group and super cozy. The food and drink were delicious, and the staff was absolutely awesome. We will be back!

The place is amazing and the inside is soo cool. Several different spaces for events. Great food and drinks and service is spot on.
They did an excellent job with our welcome dinner for with out of town family and friends during our wedding weekend. Guests raved about the food. We also had local friends join us after the fact and Will’s + Bill’s made it easy with drink tickets for us to treat our guests. I would absolutely encourage folks to book Will’s + Bill’s! If you are doing so in the summer, I would consider one of their indoor spaces (which are lovely!!)
The BEST restaurant to host a private event! We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday with about 40 family members and friends. The food and drinks…top-notch. The salmon stood out as the group favorite. Our servers, Nancy and Olivia, were outstanding! They took care of my husband and I, and our guests, and their service MADE this event. Do not hesitate to book your next private event at Will’s and Bill’s, you will not be disappointed.
Our office staff recently enjoyed a wonderful happy hour at Will’s + Bill’s. I worked with Rebecca to arrange the event and could not have been more pleased. Rebecca and our waitress were very attentive and everything was top notch, the food, the service and the atmosphere. We will definitely book again.

An employee commented that she is a guacamole lover and this was the best she’s ever had. The staff was super nice and quick. The servers were hustling with smiles on their faces. We hosted an event for work using the high top area and it was perfect. The process from start to finish was seamless. They were able to easily accommodate our needs from the beginning of scheduling the event. The servers were helpful and attentive to our needs during the event as well.
We had a great rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding. There were 21 people attending. The staff was incredible. I would definitely use Will’s & Bill’s again.
I held a corporate retirement party for 55 people at Will’s + Bill’s. The planning process was seamless. The set up of the space was well thought out, allowing room for guests to mingle and seating for those who desired to sit. The presentation and quality of the food and beverages was excellent. Our servers, Nancy and Max, were phenomenal – professional, prompt, courteous, friendly – and made sure every detail was perfect. The event was exceptional, and I will not hesitate to host other events at Will’s + Bill’s in the future.

We planned a memorial reception at Wills & Bill’s. The event planning process was easy! The event planner was informative, helpful and kind. The food and beverage packages were ample and delicious, and accommodated the GF/DF people in our party. The servers were attentive and super nice. For our group of 40, the lounge was a great space for mingling and had ample seating.

After looking around for a restaurant for our rehearsal dinner, we came across Will’s + Bill’s Brewery and after trying out their food and cocktails, we knew we found our place! We had our rehearsal dinner in the enclosed patio which gave our friends and family a cute and secluded area. Will was extremely helpful in figuring out the menu. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was professional and timely to our needs! I highly recommend using Will’s + Bill’s Brewery for an event!
This is the fourth event I have hosted here at Will’s and Bill’s and each one is better than the last. The setting is perfect and the bar lounge offers space for guests to stand or sit. The buffet of appetizers were delicious and replenished timely. The cocktails are served with beautiful garnish and nice glassware which adds to the experience, making guests feel special.
We had a company retirement party in the lounge space. This was not the first time we have hosted an event in this space, and it definitely will not be the last. We knew to expect nothing but the best, and the staff did not disappoint. Food and drink was delicious, staff was very attentive and helpful, and the party was great.

I had my baby shower here over the weekend and the entire experience was wonderful! Beforehand, the staff were extremely clear and communicative. They even called me the day beforehand and offered to move the event inside due to the heat wave. During the event, the wait staff were incredibly kind and attentive. People raved about the food— especially the French toast! If you’re considering an event here, I definitely recommend it!

Our servers were wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable we turned the event over to them as guests arrived with confidence. We chose the patio which is a beautiful open air setting that only enhanced the ambiance of the evening. We also chose Will & Bill’s as we had dined here in the past and knew the quality of the food and drinks.
